Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products (cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn and unused, with tags and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
